Coil Tubing Units

At Hydraco Industries Ltd, we are one of the leading manufacturers of coil tubing units in Alberta. We have manufactured various coiled tubing units that are capable of handling all our customers’ well servicing and completion needs. Our units are designed for outstanding reliability, ease of operation, and simple maintenance.

Our standard coiled tubing equipment includes:

Injector capacity – from 15,000 lb. to 100,000 lb. pull
Injector designs for ¾” tubing – 2 3/8” tubing
Tubing Reel capacity – 3200 meters of 1 ¼” tubing, 2300 meters of 1 ½” tubing, 1800 meters of 1 ¾” tubing.
Larger reel and split reel options are available at customer’s request
Compressors are optional at 330 cfm or 600 cfm
“Control Cab” with full operator controls optional
N2 style rig option available
Medco well monitoring optional
Digital and analog injector counter
Stationary reel with level wynd for spooling
Fuel fired heating system for cold weather operation
FASSI picker for injector removal and storage

Flushby Units

Hydraco’s flushing and pressure equipment are in markets all around the world. Flushby rigs are quite versatile in the sense that they are a combination of a service rig and pressure truck all in one. With these rigs the customer can perform new pump installation, rod changeouts, pressure testing, well flushing and more.

Pullmaster HL25 main winch
2 or 4 part cable for the main traveling block capable of up to 75,000 lb pull

Pressure trucks

A pressure truck is another versatile unit that can be used on almost any oilfield site. Pressure trucks can be used to work with service rigs for well flushing and pressure testing. They can also be used for pressure testing pipelines, blow drains, flow line push and more. Hydraco Industries has many options to suit your needs which could include the following:
